By using our applications, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms apply to all utility mobile applications developed or published by Khawaja Muhammad Daim. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue using our applications immediately.

1. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for any activity carried out through your account or device while using our apps.
  • If login credentials are required, you must keep them secure and confidential.
  • You agree not to use our apps to post, share, or distribute harmful, abusive, illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
  • You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Our apps may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious purposes, including fraud, spam, harassment, or copyright infringement.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. App Usage and Conduct

While using any app by Khawaja Muhammad Daim, you agree not to:

  • Upload or share illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Promote spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or fake endorsements.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or backend infrastructure.
  • Disrupt app performance or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

3. Content Ownership

  • All app content (including text, images, code, designs, and UI elements) is protected by copyright and/or trademark laws and remains the property of Khawaja Muhammad Daim or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any content without explicit written permission.
  • Any content uploaded by users remains their responsibility. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the content as required for app functionality.

4. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our applications at any time without prior notice.

5. Free Trials & Subscriptions

Some apps may offer free trials or paid subscriptions for premium features:

Free Trials:

  • Eligibility and duration are determined solely by us.
  • Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will auto-renew, and your payment method will be charged.

Apple App Store (iOS):

  • Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID account.
  • Charges are processed through Apple.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested directly from Apple.

Google Play Store (Android):

  • Subscriptions are managed via your Google Account.
  • Charges are processed through Google Play.
  • Auto-renewal applies unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds may be requested via Google within 48 hours. For later cases, contact us at daimapps@icloud.com.

6. Refund Policy

We follow the refund policy of the respective app store:

  • Apple App Store: Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Google Play Store: Refunds may be requested from Google within 48 hours. For further concerns, contact us directly.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription or entitle you to a refund.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

By using our apps, you consent to the collection and use of non-sensitive, usage-related data to help us improve performance, fix bugs, and understand usage patterns. We adhere to all platform guidelines and privacy regulations in handling user data.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not use any name, logo, design, or domain associated with Khawaja Muhammad Daim’s apps without prior written approval.

Any misuse of intellectual property — including but not limited to trademarks and copyrighted materials — may result in legal action.

Feedback, reviews, and suggestions submitted by users may be used to improve our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

All apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or absolute security.

Khawaja Muhammad Daim is not liable for any data loss, damages, or disruptions caused by the use or misuse of our apps.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our apps for any user, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
